Restricting low-level users to export only one record at a time prevents the inadvertent export of entire data sets. To restrict privileges to single record export, use the Roles tool in the Security Access Manager in the Hub Console. Enable the privilege EXPORT_PROFILE/ExecuteSingleRow for a selected role.

Previously, you could set privileges for roles to either allow export of selected rows or all rows.
