Business Entities in the Pending State

Business Entities in the Pending State

Effective in version 10.2, when you run a smart search, the search results include business entities that have records in the pending state. The pending state means that previous changes are going through a review and approval process.
In IDD, in the search results, business entities with pending changes have the prefix [Pending] in the Description field. If you open a pending business entity in a view, a pending icon appears near the business entity name. You cannot update a business entity that is in the pending state.
