This new functionality adds a whole new dimension to Characteristics and enhances the ease of usage of lookups while adding characteristic values on a record.

Configuring dependent lookups and value providers within Characteristics helps the user to choose only from a filtered set of values instead of the entire lookup list for the characteristic fields associated with it.
