Source Controller

When you select a source controller on the left pane of the dashboard, the

Sources

and

Topics

views in the right pane displays the deployed sources and topics in that source controller.

You can also view the node and host where you configured the source controller.

The following table describes the displayed configurations for the

Sources

and

Topics

view for a source controller:

Object Type	Contents Panel	Activity and Status Panel
Sources	Displays the following information: Name of the source Source type Project name State of the object Number of events for the set time line	Displays the following activity and status for each source: Under State : Name of the source Started or stopped status of the source, and errors, if any Last modified date and time of the source Last executed date and time Next scheduled date and time according to the set time line Under Aggregate Count : Number of activations/second Average latency/second Maximum latency/second A graph on the right displays the number of events for the set time line. You can also administer the following functions for sources: Purge the source metrics Run the source once Start the source Stop the source
Topics	Displays the following information: Name of topics Project name Number of events for each topic for the set time line	Displays the activity and status for each response: Under State : Name of the topic Deployed date Deployment state of the object Under Aggregate Count , the dashboard displays the number of events for the set time line. You can use the View Topic function for the following details: Event from source Source type Time stamp You can also administer the following functions for topics: Purge the topic metrics View a topic Create an event Copy an event
