RulePoint Logs

RulePoint generates debug logs for both the design time and run time and sends them to a log file in the

RULEPOINT_HOME

folder.

RulePoint logs provide diagnostic information on the status of the host agent, nodes, grid manager, UM store, and UM lbmrd processes. Each of these are logged to separate files under

RULEPOINT_HOME

. The log files will help you figure out if there are any issues with the RulePoint system. A RulePoint administrator can monitor these files for errors.

The installer also produces log files during and after the installation. You can use these logs to get more information about the tasks that the installer completes and the errors that occur during installation.
