Audit Apply

An apply mode that you can use to audit changes for regulatory or oversight purposes. Data Replication uses an SQL insert operation to add a row in the audit log table on the target for each update, insert, and delete that occurs on the source. For

Apache Kafka,

Cloudera,

Flat File,

and

Hortonworks

targets, Audit Apply is the only available apply mode that you can use to replicate data and metadata to Kafka messages or an output file.
