Data Archive handles asset depreciation information in the FA - Asset Depreciation Transactions entity. Data Archive removes the depreciation expense and adjustment transaction records for the book and fiscal year you specify. Data Archive does not perform the following tasks:

Remove the asset identification, financial, and assignment information for your assets.
Process the asset depreciation records for the period in which the asset was retired or became fully reserved.
