Prerequisites

Prerequisites

Before you integrate Perforce with Eclipse IDE, complete the following prerequisites:
  • Download and install the Perforce Eclipse plugin.
  • Set the environment variable
    P4IGNORE=p4ignore.txt
    .
  • Set the custom property
    UsePerforce=true
     in the
    env.properties
     file in the following directory:
    <eclipse home>/dropins/com.informatica.tools.ui.ict
