Prepare the Reports Workflow

When you installed Proactive Monitoring for PowerCenter, the installer created a workflow that transforms operations alert data and populates the reports. If you did not enable reporting during the installation, you must prepare the .xml import file and import it into the PowerCenter repository.
Perform the following tasks to prepare the reports workflow:
  1. Create connection objects in the Workflow Manager to the Proactive Monitoring repository database and the PowerCenter repository database.
  2. Create a folder in the PowerCenter repository to store the workflow objects.
  3. Edit the import .xml file.
  4. Import the file.
  5. Schedule the workflow.
