Step 5. Schedule the Reporting Workflow

After you import the .xml file, you can schedule the workflow that populates the proactive monitoring reports.
By default, the wf_pmpc_reports workflow is scheduled to run every four hours. You can reschedule it based on your requirements. You might want to schedule the workflow during times of low activity for the application services.
You can also run the workflow on demand to populate the reports initially.
