JsonStreamer

JsonStreamer

The
JsonStreamer
accepts a very large JSON file input and splits the input into segments. It passes each type of segment to a predefined transformation such as a Parser, Mapper, or Serializer.
The
JsonStreamer
must be defined at the global level of the Script and it must be the startup component of the transformation.
The number of segments is automatically determined according to the precision of the input port.
The following table describes the properties of the
JsonStreamer
component:
Property
Description
run_component
Defines a transformation that processes the segment. You can choose one of the following options:
  • The name of a Parser, Serializer, or Mapper that is configured at the global level of the Script.
  • A
    Mapper
    or
    Serializer
component. Configure the Mapper or Serializer within the segment.
  • A
    WriteSegment
component that copies the segment to the output. For more information, see WriteSegment.
