Step 6. Create an Archive Project

Create an archive project. Include the source and target connections that you created in the previous steps.

Before you create and run an online archive project that archives data to a IBM DB2 database, you may need to complete prerequisite steps. The prerequisites are required only if IBM DB2 database administrators do not allow external applications to create objects in IBM DB2 databases. In this case, you must disable table creation in the archive job and manually create tables in the source and target databases.
