Data Vault Service JDBC Driver Overview

The Data Vault Service provides a JDBC driver to connect to the Data Vault.

The Data Vault Service JDBC driver is a Type 2 driver. It uses the Data Vault Service ODBC driver to connect to the Data Vault. You must install the Data Vault Service ODBC and JDBC drivers on the machine that hosts the client tool you plan to use to connect to the Data Vault.
