Step 3. Move the .Tar and SCT Data Files

You must manually move the SCT data files and the .tar file generated by the Export Informatica Data Vault Metadata job from the source Data Vault environment to the target Data Vault environment.

From the export file directory that you specified in the Export Informatica Data Vault Metadata standalone job, open the

idvmeta_sctlist.txt

file.

Follow the instructions in the file to move the SCT data files to the target Data Vault environment. The file contains a list of the SCT data files that you must copy to the target file archive data directory.

Move the .tar file in the export file directory to a folder accessible to the target Data Archive instance.
