The audit logs contain information about the action you performed, such as the type of action, your user name, and the date and time of the action. For example, if you run a Data Privacy search, the audit log contains details of the search as shown in the images below:

The following Data Privacy actions are recorded in the audit logs:

Performing a search.
Scheduling a purge, export, or export and purge job.
Accessing a Data Privacy validation report.
Downloading a Data Privacy validation report.
Downloading the Data Privacy "export" job step .zip file.
Accepting or rejecting a Data Privacy validation report.
Resuming a Data Privacy job.
The status of the different job steps.
