Searching with Data Privacy

Searching with Data Privacy

From the Data Privacy menu, you can conduct a search for a specific term or text. You can select which applications you want to search, provided that you have entity access to the applications. The search returns records that match the search text from the applications that you specified.
  1. From the Data Archive main menu, select
    Data Privacy
    Data Privacy Search
    .
    The
    Data Privacy Search
    page appears.
  2. From the
    All Applications
    menu, select the applications that you want to search.
  3. In the
    Search Subject
    box, enter the search term or text that you want to search for.
  4. Click
    Search
    .
    Data Privacy returns indexed data from tables that you have access to across the applications that you selected.
For example, if you want to search for records that contain the terms "James" or "Smith":
