In a Multi-Org implementation, Spoke Orgs use the REST service of the Master Org to get updated accounts or person accounts from the Master Org.

Workflow creation using Informatica Cloud Services
Workflow creation using Informatica Cloud Services data integration tool for migration of accounts or person accounts from the Spoke Org to the Master Org. The workflow creates external beans on the Master Org.
Matching and consolidation
Matching and consolidation check on the Master Org that creates master beans and convert master beans to accounts.
Batch job synchronization
Batch job synchronization during which the batch job from the Spoke Org uses the REST service to synchronize all records in the Spoke Org with the Master Org.
