You might want to remove Informatica support access to have more control over your assets
and security. When you remove access, you can temporarily enable access to help
Informatica resolve your support cases.
In
Administrator
, go to the
Settings
page.
In the
Informatica Global Support Access
section, select
Disable Informatica Global
Support access
. Only administrators can
access this check box.
You can grant temporary access to allow Informatica support to view your
organization's data while troubleshooting support cases. To temporarily enable
Informatica support access, select
Enable access temporarily
and enter the
date and time at which to remove access again.
