The list of email addresses that receive notice when a Monitor fails.
monitor:name
The name of the Monitor.
monitor:exception:message
The error message generated by the exception that caused the error.
monitor:formattedStartTime
The time the monitor started. The time is formatted based on the Time Pattern defined in Global Settings.
monitor:formattedEndTime
The time the monitor ended. The time is formatted based on the Time Pattern defined in Global Settings.
