Developing a Custom Component

Create a class that implements one or more of the following interfaces:

Component Type	Type of Input	Interface

Compile the project to a JAR file.

Store the JAR in the

externLibs\user

subdirectory of the installation directory of every computer where you plan to use the component.

Create a Script file that defines the display name of the component and its properties. Store the file in the

autoInclude\user

subdirectory of the installation directory.

You can then use the custom component in transformations.
