Online Sample

For an online sample, open

<installation>\client\DT\samples\Projects\TransformByParser\TransformByParser.cmw

. The sample uses

TransformByParser

to replace every instance of the string

~NL~

with a carriage return followed by a linefeed.

The samples are only available when you perform a client installation.

To run the TransformByParser sample:

Set

MyTransformByParser

as the startup component.

Run the transformer.

At the prompt, select the source file

Report.edi

The transformer stores its output in

Results\Transformation of Report.edi

. You can compare the output with the source in Notepad.
