metadata source type

Source type from which Metadata Manager can extract metadata. Metadata Manager packages a model and a Metadata Exchange for each source type. Examples of metadata source types include Business Objects, PowerCenter, and Oracle databases. Each metadata source has one of the following source domains: application, business intelligence, data integration, data modeling, or relational.
