Data Privacy Audit Logs

When you use Data Privacy to search for records, or run an export, purge, or export and purge job, the actions you take are recorded in the Data Archive audit logs.

The audit logs contain information about the action you performed, such as the type of action, your user name, and the date and time of the action. For example, if you run a Data Privacy search, the audit log contains details of the search as shown in the images below:
