Rules and guidelines for ServiceNow mappings

Consider the following guidelines before you run a mapping:

You cannot read

or write

ServiceNow column or table names that have more than 48 characters.

The source tables must not be empty. Otherwise, the mapping fails.

The ServiceNow source

and target

table and field names can contain only alphanumeric characters and underscores.

When you read data from the Account object, the Secure Agent displays incorrect number of success rows in the session log.
