Configuring the Hierarchy Processing Parameters

To configure the hierarchy processing parameters edit the
CC360
settings and performance settings.
  1. Based on the Salesforce environment that you use, perform one of the following tasks:
    • In Salesforce Classic, from the
      Setup
      section of the
      CC360 Admin
      tab, click
      Run the Setup Wizard
      .
    • In Lightning Experience, perform the following tasks:
      1. On the navigation menu, click
        CC360 Admin
        .
        The
        Manage CC360
        page appears.
      2. From the
        Setup
        section, click
        Run the Setup Wizard
        .
  2. Select
    Manage
    for
    CC360 Settings
    .
    The
    CC360 Settings
    CC360
    page appears.
  3. Select
    Edit
    for the
    Active
    setting profile.
  4. Enter a value for the hierarchy processing parameter you want to configure.
    You can configure the hierarchy batch size limit, the maximum hierarchy limit, the hierarchy scout node page size, and the maximum trigger hierarchy limit.
  5. Click
    Save
    .
  6. Repeat step 1.
  7. Select
    Manage
    for
    Performance Settings
    .
    The
    Performance Settings
    page appears.
  8. Select
    Edit
    for the asynchronous hierarchy batch setting profile.
  9. To configure the batch size, enter a value in the
    Batch Size
    field.
  10. Click
    Save
    .
