Moving Multiple Records

Moving Multiple Records

You can move multiple active child relationships from one parent to another.
  1. In the relationship panel, select the records that you want to move.
  2. Hover over one of the selected records, click the
    More Actions
    icon, and then select
    Move To
    .
  3. In the
    Move to
    field, select the
    More Actions
    icon.
    The
    Add Related Record
    window appears.
  4. Search for the target business entity, and then click
    Select
    .
  5. In the
    Existing Related Records
    field, select
    End relationships
    or
    Delete relationships
    .
  6. Click
    Apply
    .
  7. Edit the properties that you want to change.
  8. Click
    Apply
    .
  9. Click
    Submit
    .
    The
    Submit Hierarchy Changes
    window appears.
  10. Click
    Accept
    .
