Reviewing Merge Tasks

Reviewing Merge Tasks

Review merge tasks and then resolve the tasks by taking an action. If you cannot resolve the tasks, disclaim the tasks to return the tasks to the pool of available tasks. Or, if you know another user who can resolve the tasks, reassign the tasks to that user.
Before you begin, claim the tasks that you want to work on.
When you review a merge task, the primary record appears beside the records that are selected for the merge.
