Reviewing a Rejected Hierarchy Task

Reviewing a Rejected Hierarchy Task

Review the proposed changes that were marked as accept and reject in the rejected hierarchy task.
  1. In the Task Manager, select a task that is a request to review an edited hierarchy.
    The record opens in the review panel of the Task Manager.
    If you open an unassigned task, be sure to claim it before you start work.
  2. Optionally, review the task details, comments, attachments.
    1. Click the
      Comments
      tab, and then review the comments.
    2. Click
      Task Details
      .
    3. Review the details of the task, such as the priority and due date.
    4. Download attachments in the
      File Attachments
      section.
    5. Click
      Cancel
      .
  3. Review the changes that were marked as accept and reject in the hierarchy.
  4. To resolve the task, perform one of the following actions:
    Option
    Description
    Submit
    If you think the proposed changes are acceptable, click
    Submit
    .
    Cancel
    If you think the proposed changes are no longer needed, click
    Cancel
    . The ActiveVOS Server closes the task.
    Open
    If you want to modify the proposed changes, click
    Open
    . Propose changes to the hierarchy and submit your changes for review.
