Generating a Report

Generating a Report

You can generate a report at the table pair, folder, repository, or user level.
  1. Select the object for which you want to generate a report. You can select multiple of objects of the same type.
  2. Click
    Action
    Generate Report
    .
    The
    Report Parameters
    dialog box appears.
    You can also right-click the object and select Generate Report if you want to generate a report at the table pair or folder level.
  3. Select the report type.
    The following table displays the report options that you can select for each report:
    Report Name
    User
    Recency
    Run Date
    Run Summary
    All Users/Current User/Any User
    All/Latest
    Last 24 hours/Last 30 days/Custom date range
    Table Pair Summary
    All Users/Current User/Any User
    All/Latest
    Last 24 hours/Last 30 days/Custom date range
    Detailed Test Results
    All Users/Current User/Any User
    All/Latest
    Last 24 hours/Last 30 days/Custom date range
    Table Pair Run Summary

    You can select the user only if you generate the report from the user level.
  4. Optionally, enter the report subtitle.
    You can use the report subtitle to identify a specific report.
  5. To view details of bad records, select
    Show Bad Records Detail
    .
  6. Click
    Run.
    The report appears in the browser.
