Customizing a Predefined Chart

Customizing a Predefined Chart

The Home page displays charts that are predefined for
Customer 360
. All charts are available as chart components except the Customer Distribution By Geography chart which is available as an external link.
The following charts are available as chart components:
Chart
Description
Customers Added By Year
Displays the number of customers added in each year.
Customer By Onboarding Time
Displays how long it took to qualify customers.
Source Systems
Displays the percentage of customer data that comes from each source system in each year.
Tasks Status Overview
Displays the total number of tasks and breaks down the tasks by status.
Task Priority Overview
Displays the total number of tasks and breaks down the tasks by priority.
Assigned Tasks By Users
Displays the total number of tasks assigned to each user.
Closed Tasks By Users
Displays the total number of tasks closed by each user.
Open Tasks By Task Type
Displays the total number of tasks that are open for each task type.
Assigned Tasks By User Roles
Displays the total number of tasks assigned to each user role.
You can customize the charts that are available as chart components to change the chart characteristics or the information the chart shows. You cannot customize the charts that are available as external links.
Use the Provisioning tool to customize a chart that is available as chart component. To customize any predefined chart, Informatica recommends that you create a chart component based on the chart that you want to customize and add it to the Home page layout.
