Troubleshooting the
Customer 360

If you encounter any issues when you install
Customer 360
, use the following information to troubleshoot the issues.

The installer does not update the JNDI path for JBoss.

During reinstallation of
Customer 360
, if you change the installation directory, the JNDI path in the JBoss application server does not reflect the change.
Restart the JBoss application server to get the changed installation directory path.
