Viewing the Status of a Bulk Edit

You can use the Job Monitor to review the status of current and past bulk edit jobs. A Bulk Edit batch job runs when the
Find-Replace Execute
privilege is selected, in the
Resource Privileges
page in MDM Hub Console. When the privilege is not selected, the asynchronous job will not run.
  1. From the navigation menu, select
    Job Monitor
    .
  2. Click the
    Bulk Edit
    tab.
The bulk edit jobs are organized with the most recent job at the top of the list.
  3. Find the job with the current date and time.
  4. Review the job status. The following table shows the possible statuses.
    Status Message
    Description
    Success
    All records updated successfully
    In progress
    Records are updating
    Warning
    Not all records updated successfully
    Error
Bulk edit job failed to initialize
  5. If the job ends with warnings, expand the job details and click the number in the
    Failed
    column.
A description of the errors appear in a .CSV file.
  6. Correct the errors and run the bulk edit job again.
