Switching Between Form and Table View

In certain cases, you can switch between two different views of data:

Form View

shows a single record, with the record attributes displayed vertically, like a paper form. Click

Switch to Form View

if you want to isolate your investigation to a single record.

Table View

shows a list of records (one or more) in a tabular form. Each row in the table represents a separate record. Click

Switch to Table View

to see a summary list of all the associated records.

For subject area children, the default view (form or table) may vary depending on how your IDD is configured.

For the selected child record, only associated grandchild records are displayed either in form or table view.
