Switching Between Form and Table View

Switching Between Form and Table View

In certain cases, you can switch between two different views of data:
  • Form View
    shows a single record, with the record attributes displayed vertically, like a paper form. Click
    Switch to Form View
    if you want to isolate your investigation to a single record.
  • Table View
    shows a list of records (one or more) in a tabular form. Each row in the table represents a separate record. Click
    Switch to Table View
    to see a summary list of all the associated records.
  • For subject area children, the default view (form or table) may vary depending on how your IDD is configured.
  • For the selected child record, only associated grandchild records are displayed either in form or table view.
