Viewing Query Results

Viewing Query Results

After you run a query, you can view the query results that appear in the
Search Results
 panel.
If you query for a record that contains multiple versions, the latest record version appears along with all the other versions. To view all the record versions, expand the latest version.
You can open records from the
Search Results
 panel. Before you open a record, you can preview the record. The preview appears in the
Record Preview
 window.
The
Record Preview
 and the
Business Entity
 views can display the parent records and up to ten levels of child records. The top two child record levels are expanded. To view the child record levels that are deeper, expand the record levels.
You can customize the results to view only the fields that are significant to your purpose. Also, you can export the results to a CSV file.
