Changing the Priority

Changing the Priority

If you change the priority for an alert, the priority is changed for all users who receives the alert.
  1. Click the name of the alert to display it in the
    Alert Detail
    panel.
  2. In the
    Alert Detail
    toolbar, click
    Priority
    .
    The
    Set Priority
    dialog box appears.
  3. In the
    Priority
    list, enter the new priority level.
  4. Click
    Set
    .
