Deleting Alerts

Deleting Alerts

When you delete an alert, the alert is removed from the inbox. After you delete an alert, you cannot perform actions on it, such as forwarding it or changing its priority.

Delete an Individual Alert

  1. Select the channel with the alert that you want to delete.
  2. Click the name of the alert in the
    Alert List
    , and then click
    Delete
    in the
    Alert Detail
    toolbar.

Delete More Than One Alert at a Time

  1. Select the channel with the alert that you want to delete.
  2. Select the check box next to each alert, and then click
    Delete
    in the
    Actions
    toolbar.

Delete All Alerts From the Alert Inbox

  1. Select the channel with the alert that you want to delete.
  2. Click
    Delete All
    in the
    Actions
    toolbar.
As the alerts are stored individually for each user, deleted alerts are not removed from the inbox of other users who received the alert.
