Event Transformer Response Properties

Event Transformer Response Properties

When you create an Event Transformer response, you enter the name and the configuration details for the responder through the RulePoint user interface.
The following table describes the configuration properties of an Event Transformer response:
Property
Description
Name
Name of the response. The response name must be unique.
Description
Optional. Description of the response.
Responder Information
Name and description of the associated Event Transformer responder. You must create an Event Transformer responder before you create an Event Transformer response.
Properties
Optional. The topic properties to copy to the event response.
To include all of the properties, use the asterisk sign. If you have configured the topic with
Named Properties
, then the properties referenced in the WITH portion of the rule are copied.
Parameters
Optional. A comma-delimited list of name-value pairs provided in the response.
For example,
symbol=XYZ, price=10
.
It is referenced in a rule as params.
