Example 1: FTP Get File

Follow the steps below to get a single file from an FTP Server resource:

From within the Project Designer page, expand the FTP folder in the Component Library, and then drag the FTP task to the Project Outline.

On the Basic tab of the FTP task, specify a value for the FTP Server:

Click the

Add

button and select the Get Files menu item.

On the Basic tab of the Get Files element, specify values for the following attributes:

Click the

Save

button when finished.

If you want to FTP multiple files, then leave the Source File blank and click the

Add

button in the sub-menu and select the Add a File Set menu item. Then follow the instructions in the File Set topic.
