When you export, purge, or export and purge the records returned by a search, you can choose to run the job immediately or add the job to a batch of jobs to run at a later time. page. If you add the job to a batch, you can schedule the Data Privacy Batch standalone job to run multiple export, purge, or export and purge jobs at a later time.

The login user that you use to access Data Privacy and run a Data Privacy search or job must have the Data Privacy User system-defined role. The login user must also have the required Data Vault access role to search across the applications in Data Vault.
