Comparing Records in Salesforce Classic

Use the
Compare Records
page to compare records in Salesforce Classic.
  1. Click the
    Fuzzy Matching
    tab.
    The
    Compare Records
    page appears.
  2. In the
    Input Parameters for Fuzzy Matching
    section, select the object types of the records that you want to compare and the custom matching settings that you want to use for the comparison.
  3. If you want to use the default Salesforce matching settings instead of the custom matching settings, select
    Use Native Salesforce Matching
    .
  4. In the
    Data for Fuzzy Matching
    section, enter the name of the records that you want to compare.
    You can also search for the records by clicking the search icon.
  5. Click
    Compare
    .
    The comparison report is displayed.
  6. To reset the values in the fields, click
    Reset
    .
