Creating an Account Hierarchy During Initial Data Load Example

You want to create a hierarchy with four levels during the initial data load.
The following figure shows the completed hierarchy for the example:

To create the hierarchy, first load hierarchy level 1. Hierarchy level 1 is the top hierarchy level. The top hierarchy consists of the root node. This root node is the ultimate parent for all the other nodes in the hierarchy. The following table shows the parent account value to populate when you load hierarchy level 1.

After you insert hierarchy level 1, insert the records for hierarchy level 2. The following table shows the parent account value to populate when you load hierarchy level 2.
