Editing Match Column Properties for Exact-match Base Objects

Editing Match Column Properties for Exact-match Base Objects

If an exact match column has a path that is not a root path, you can set the match column as a
Default Match Subtype
. In a Match Rule Set, when you add a fuzzy match rule with this exact match column, the
Match Subtype
option is selected.
If you want to edit any other properties, delete the match column, save, and then add a match column with the updated properties.
  1. In the
    Match Columns
    tab, select a match column with the following attributes:
    • Column Type
      = Exact
    • Path Component
      =
      <any path except Root>
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. Select
    Default Match Subtype
    , and click
    OK
    .
  4. Click
    Save
    .
