Instant Messaging (Jabber or XMPP) Response Properties

Instant Messaging (Jabber or XMPP) Response Properties

When you create an Instant Messaging response, you enter the name and the configuration details for the response through the RulePoint user interface.
The following table describes the configuration properties of an Instant Messaging response:

Description
Name
Name of the response. The response name must be unique.
Description
Description of the response. The description is optional.
Responder Information
Name and description of the associated Instant Messaging responder. You must create a Instant Messaging responder before you create a Instant Messaging response.
To
The user name of the instant messaging account recipient.
Message Body
The body of the instant message.
Subject
The subject of the instant message.
