Editing or Deleting a Parameter

Editing or Deleting a Parameter

You can update or delete a parameter that you create in a project.
  1. Click
    Projects
    and open the required project.
  2. Click
    Parameters
    to view a list of parameters in the
    Parameters
    tab.
  3. You can edit or delete a parameter.
    • To edit a parameter:
      1. Click to select the row without selecting the check box. The fields that you can update become editable.
      2. Edit the values as required. You cannot change the parameter type or the data type.
        If you edit the name, the parameter name is updated accordingly.
      3. Click the
        Save
        button.
    • To delete a parameter:
      1. Select the required parameter check box from the list.
      2. Click the
        Delete
        button and then click
        Yes
        to confirm the delete.
    A list of entities and plans that include the parameters appears. To update the changes in the plans, generate and run the plans again.
  4. Optional. To download the list in a .csv file, click
    Export
    .
    The file contains a list of the entities and plans with the description and the project information.
  5. Click
    Continue
    .
