Sharing the CC360 Settings

You can share the
Customer 360 for Salesforce
custom settings with Informatica when Informatica Global Customer Support troubleshoots the issues you encounter.
  1. From the
    Setup
    section of the
    CC360 Admin
    tab, click
    Run the Setup Wizard
    .
  2. Under
    Phone Home
    , click
    Share
    .
    The
    List of Cloud Customer 360 Settings to Share
    page appears.
  3. Review the list of settings to share, and click
    Agree
    .
    The current
    Customer 360 for Salesforce
    settings are shared with Informatica.
