Comparing Records in the Fuzzy Matching Page

After you configure the custom settings, you can test the settings to check the match results and determine whether the configured settings are ideal for your organization.
When you compare two records, you can see the following information in the comparison report:
  • Summary. Displays the summary of the match settings.
  • Segment Information. Displays the segment information for both the records.
  • Details. Displays the match score, weighting, and weighted score for each field and the comparison type.
You can compare the records in Salesforce Classic or Lightning Experience.
