Verify the SFDC Remote Site Setting

Verify the SFDC Remote Site Setting

When you install the unmanaged package on a Spoke Org, the package creates the
SFDC
remote site setting. Verify that the
SFDC
remote site setting is available.
  1. Perform one of the following tasks based on the Salesforce environment that you use:
    • In Salesforce Classic, perform the following tasks:
      1. Select your name and click
        Setup
        .
      2. Under
        Administration Setup
        , select
        Security Controls
        Remote Site Settings
        .
    • In Lightning Experience, perform the following tasks:
      1. Click the quick access menu ( The image shows the quick access menu. 
						) and then
        Setup Home
        .
        The
        Setup Home
        page appears.
      2. Under
        SETTINGS
        , select
        Security
        Remote Site Settings
        .
    The
    All Remote Sites
    page appears.
  2. Confirm that the SFDC remote site setting is available.
    If the
    SFDC
    remote site setting is not available, then you must create it.
