Integrating Customer 360 for Salesforce with Multidomain MDM Overview

Integrating
Customer 360 for Salesforce
with
Multidomain MDM
Overview

You can integrate
Customer 360 for Salesforce
(
Customer 360 for Salesforce
) with
Multidomain MDM
and search for matching or duplicate records in the MDM Hub data sources. If any duplicate or matching records exist, you can import the MDM Hub records into
Customer 360 for Salesforce
.
Customer 360 for Salesforce
creates an external bean for each imported record.
To search for matching or duplicate records in MDM Hub, you must configure a search connection. A search connection defines settings required to connect CC360 with MDM Hub. You can use Informatica Cloud® Real Time as a connector between
Customer 360 for Salesforce
and the MDM Hub.
To integrate
Customer 360 for Salesforce
with MDM Hub, you must perform the following tasks:
  1. Set up
    Informatica Cloud Application Integration
    . Not required if the
    Multidomain MDM
is deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  2. Configure remote site settings.
  3. Create a search connection.
After you integrate
Customer 360 for Salesforce
with
Multidomain MDM
, you can use the Lightning Experience record creation page to search for duplicate records in the MDM Hub data sources. For more information about searching for duplicate records, see the
Informatica Customer 360 for Salesforce
User Guide
