Merging Person Accounts

Merging Person Accounts

Customer 360 for Salesforce

) merges person accounts with duplicate person accounts.

does not merge person accounts with any other type of record, such as business accounts or contacts.
The merge accounts batch job does not merge person accounts with business accounts. If

identifies a duplicate between a person account and a business account,

enables the Ignore Duplicate field for the duplicate.

excludes duplicates with Ignore Duplicate enabled from the merge account batch job.

does not identify duplicates between person accounts and contacts. If you manually create a duplicate relationship between a person account and a contact,
