Configuring International Settings

Configuring International Settings

Use the international settings to define the available billing countries and their ISO codes by configuring the international settings in
Customer 360 for Salesforce
.
If you have state and country picklists enabled in your organization, ensure that you use the standard Salesforce state and country codes in the international settings. If you need to change country ISO codes, you must get a .csv file from Informatica and use a data loading tool such as Informatica Cloud to import the .csv file into Salesforce.
  1. Based on the Salesforce environment that you use, perform one of the following tasks:
    • In Salesforce Classic, perform the following tasks:
      1. In the upper-right corner of the page, select your name, and click
        Setup
        .
      2. Under
        App Setup
        , click
        Develop
        Custom Settings
        .
    • In Lightning Experience, perform the following tasks:
      1. Click the quick access menu ( The image shows the quick access menu. 
						), and then click
        Setup
        .
        The
        Setup Home
        page appears.
      2. Under
        PLATFORM TOOLS
        , click
        Custom Code
        Custom Settings
        .
    The
    Custom Settings
    page appears.
  2. Select
    Manage
    for International Settings.
    The
    Custom Setting International Settings
    page appears.
  3. To edit international settings for a country, find the country in the list and click
    Edit
    .
    By default, the names of the international settings are the same as the two-letter ISO code for the country.
  4. In the
    Country
    field, enter the country name to appear in the billing country field.
  5. In the
    Old Names
    field, enter the country names that you want
    Customer 360 for Salesforce
    to replace.
    Use commas with no spaces on either side of a comma to separate the country entries. For example, "U.S.A.,the States,the United States."
  6. Click
    Save
    .
